A little clarity about your data.
What we store
We store your name, email, password hash, workspace membership, drafts, media, scheduling choices, publishing results, and a minimal activity log. Social tokens are encrypted on the server and never sent to your browser.
How we use it
We use your data to operate your workspace, identify the social destinations you connect, and submit the content you explicitly approve through official platform APIs. We do not sell personal data or use your posts for advertising. No analytics tracking or advertising cookies are installed.
Media and platforms
Uploaded media have opaque public URLs so Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok can retrieve them for publishing. Treat these URLs as shareable links; never upload confidential documents. Connected platforms process your authorized data under their own policies. Disconnecting here does not remove posts already published there.
Storage and retention
Application data is stored in an isolated PostgreSQL database and media volume on the operator’s Hetzner server. The Sites front door is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Workspace data remains until you delete it or your account. Session cookies expire after seven days. Unused authorization records expire after ten minutes. Operational backups, if configured, require the operator to publish a specific retention period before commercial launch.
Your choices
Download workspace data in Settings. Delete drafts and unused media, disconnect accounts, or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes owned workspace data and local credentials; remove other members first. Published platform content must be deleted on the relevant platform.
Operator details
This is an early release. The operator has not yet configured a legal business identity or external support contact. Those details must be completed before general commercial availability or platform review. No external support channel is represented as operational.
