Your data. Your decision.
Delete your account
Log in, open Settings, then use “Delete my account.” Confirm with your password. Remove other members from workspaces you own first. Wait for active publishing attempts to finish. Deletion removes your user record, sessions, owned workspaces, drafts, queued jobs, media, local credentials, and their activity records.
Disconnect one platform
Open Connections and use the disconnect control next to the account. This removes retained credentials and destination jobs. You can also revoke Postlane in the platform’s connected-app settings. Revocation may require action there if the platform request fails.
What remains on social platforms
Deleting local data cannot retract content already sent to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Delete that content using the platform itself. Processing or unknown attempts may finish externally after local deletion.
Cannot log in?
External account-recovery support has not yet been configured. Do not create a new account expecting access to an existing workspace. The operator must establish a verified support channel and recovery process before commercial launch.
